I don't want "phpscheduleit" for the application name.

Where can I configure it ?

if you're talking about the title that displays at the top of the browser frame, you can change this line:

<title>{if $TitleKey neq ''}{translate key=$TitleKey args=$TitleArgs}{else}{$Title}{/if}</title>

to <title>whatever you want it to be</title>

or you can track down the {$title} variable (i forget where that is) and change it
