Admin approve users

I want all users that register to be placed in the pending category of user status, while all users that use external authentication to be listed as active. I do not want users to self activate. I could just turn of email, but require email activation. No notice would be sent, but all users signing up would be listed as pending. I'd prefer not to do that though as i will have need of email in the system.

I'll add this to my list. For now, you can just comment out line 52 of lib/application/authentication/postregistration.php
