Remove or hide reservation when end time has been reached

I have been scouring the site but have not been able to find the answer to this question:

Is it possible to have a reservation removed or hidden from the users "My Reservation" area in the control panel immediately at the end time or 1 hour after the end time?
I still want to keep the reservation detail for statistical purposes, but do not want it to appear in the control panel after the fact.

Can any one help please?

It should currently behave like that.  The control panel only displays upcoming and in progress reservations.  Are you seeing reservations show up there after they have ended?

what i am seeing is the reservations are displaying until midnight even if they are just a 2 hour block.

i guessed there is a job to clear down the schedule, i would need that to run every 3 hours as opposed to once per day.

This may have to do with timezone differences.  The control panel query runs each time the page is viewed, so it just grabs "current and upcoming" reservations on each page load.

You can tweak this query in get_user_reservations() of lib/DbEngine.class.php
