T_String error in line 70 of config.php

TextWrangler tells me that this is my line 70 in config.php:
$conf['app']['adminEmail'] = 'places_admin@mydomain.com';
(with "mydomain" being the accurate domain).
This is the error that I receive during the install:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/.kafka/myrootid/mysubdomain.mydomain.com/places/config/config.php on line 70
"places" is the name I've changed "phpscheduleit" to.
This error repeats over and over, no matter the changes that I make to that line 70. It appears when I try viewing the /places/ and the /places/install index pages.
I installed all of the tables on the remote server using the myphpadmin instructions. The tables seem to be fine. After installing the tables, I went to the /install/index.php to finalize the installation.
Can you tell me what the T_String error is in that line? Or can you tell me if I've mistaken the remote installation order of operations?
Thank you.

This is almost always a missing single quote or semi-colon. Check the line right before the error is reported on to make sure everything is correct.

Apostrophes were the problem. Thank you for the response.
