I would like to change an appointment of 2 days ago, in what file can I find the php code to change this

You'll have to change the print_reservation() function in lib/Reservation.class.php.  /templates/schedule.template.php or lib/Schedule.class.php will probably also need to be changed to make the reservation clickable again.

Reservation.class.php check_startdate() needs to change to validate that the day is within 2 days ago, instead of today.  And reserve.php will need to try to show it as modify instead of view.

This will probably end up being a bigger change.  I can't provide that kind of support, but there may be other users who have hacked up the code who can help.
