Changing Quick Links background

Hello,

I'm changing the CSS color scheme to match the rest of our website, I notice the quick links section is using class .tableTitle but generates it's own background color somehow.  Where do I go about changing this?

This is probably in templates/cpanel.template.php.

I didn't do such a great job sticking to CSS, unfortunately.  The 2.0 rewrite will try to address this issue.
