Hi just wondering if there is a release date for version 2?
Also, will I be able to upgrade from the current version and use my current data or will it be a complete re-install?
Is the a list of the new features?
Thanks.

I think we're getting closer to an official beta release.  I wouldn't expect upgrade support in the beta, but there will be the ability to upgrade from 1.2.x at some point in the future.

I'm trying to decide if phpScheduleIt 2.0 is going to be suitable for what I need and also whether to start modifying the current version to do what I want.
If I know some of the planed features it will help me decide how much time to put in on modifying the current version.
I really don't want to spend hours on the current version if the features are going to be inlcuded in version 2.0.
Any new feature details will be most appreciated.
Thanks

The list of new features for the 2.0 launch is pretty much up in the air.  The main benefit of 2.0 is that it is much more extensible, so adding new features should be an easier process.

I can't recommend building on 1.2.x or waiting for 2.0.  If you're looking for a short term addition with a stable code base, 1.2 may work better since no new development is being done on it.  2.0 is absolutely where development is headed, but it may be a while before things are stable there.
