resource shopping cart??

Would be great if ver2.0 could work like this:

1. enter pickup / return dates
2. click a schedule to display a list of AVAILABLE resources according to dates above
3. click resources to add them to your booking / list / cart, whatever
4. book.

Job done.

That's quite a change to the current booking flow, but I'll see if we can get something working.  I wouldn't expect in for the first release of v2.0, but we should be in a good position to add new features in quickly after the initial release.
