Hi I would love to see a feature where a user books a meeting room that they are also able to book resource such as a laptop and or projector all at the same time.
Right now, I have three different resource databases; meeting rooms, laptops and projectors. The problem we run into is that if you are not fast enough to book all three(or some combination of the three) you lose out as a differing user may book one ahead of you.
Another feature would be like the online concert ticket systems. When you open a resource, you get a 5 minute window to book or lose the spot. This way, if you want to switch to a different resource and reserve the meeting room or laptop or projector, you can and still have the additional resource(s) waiting for you.
Does that make sense?
