Is there any simple posibility to modify sheduling system to by hand picked?

I want to use scheduling for helicopter flying school and there are only few lessons a day when instructors are working and it's not so regular so some week they fly only on Moday at 10 am and other week only on Wednesday at 3 pm.
And it's quite laborious to set schedules for all days and then set blackouts to have few lessons a week in desired days.

So I'm thinking about something like calendar where I pick only desired days an other would be blackout or not scheduled at all.

Josko,

Is it that you only want to display the actual times available and not show the blackout times?

p.s.  I'm a total newbie but want to understand your problem anyway.  Learning learning learning ya know.

No it's not only about displaying, what I really need is ability for fly instructors to hand pick desired lesson hours (not to set available from 7 am to 6 pm) and it should add it to schedule in way that only picked hours will be available for booking (it doesn't matter if it set other hours as blackouts or not display at all).

This is actually how the new version of phpScheduleIt is being built.  You can set up just the times that are available and the rest are not displayed.  I should have an early version of the app available for feedback soon.

Nick, I wonder what happened to this "hand picking" idea for available times? I'm a new user trying out pre-release 2.1, and am coming up against exactly the problem that my availability is different almost every day of the year, and I can't see how to make phpScheduleIt manage this.

I had planned on making availability different per day of week, but not per day of year. If it's that custom you may want to just approve all reservations an adjust the times at that point.
