Incorrect Link from register.php (minor bug)

Database server and version: MySQL v. 5.0.77
Web server and version: Apache
Browser vendor and version: Firefox 3.5.3 for OS X

Description of bug: When logged in as an non-administrative user, I press the Cancel button while Editing my Profile and the result screen said "This is only accessible to the administrator".

What you were doing at the time of the bug:  While testing, I do log in and out of accounts if that makes a difference.
