Page errors when trying to modify reservation

Hey Guys,

After a person schedule an event if they come back later and click on the square of their reservation it gives me a 404 error in the pop up box.
It looks like its not pulling in the information in the url

the url is coming up like this: http://ebensburgpa.com/recschedule/reserve.php?type=m&machid=&start_date=&resid=sc1506338c700b5e&scheduleid=&is_blackout=0&read_only=0&pending=0&starttime=&endtime=

Any ideas?

Is this happening for all reservations?
