Accessories

1st off only just found this and it great but to me it seems to be lacking a simple function.
Can we have on all or selected calenders or even a new view booking sheets, what has been requested in the way of Accessories, then our AVA guy's can simply print out a 'job list' saying that at 10:00 till 10:30 in room e101 they need to put 1 laptop and 1 data projector which are the accessories requested for that booking.
hope that makes sense
and also a modification to the generated email so it contains the accessories requested as well.
The reason for the addition to the email is so when the lecturer starts to complain its a simply matter to point out that they didnt request any other items in the room

You're right that accessories are lacking some basic functionality. The feature was kind of bolted onto the existing codebase and really didn't get the attention that it deserved.
I'll get this on my list, but I don't know if I'll have in a 1.x.x release. It's more likely that this will get into version 2.

Changing the email should be pretty easy since you already have the list of accessories at the time of email generation. This would be in lib/Reservation.class.php send_email(). You'll have to make some changes to the email templates, but the existing code should provide examples on how to do that.
Changing the printable schedule is a bit tougher because the accessories are not loaded up at that time. You would need to change the code that is loading the reservations to then pull the accessories for the reservation and marry the data up in code. This may be tough if you don't have some PHP experience.
