Consolidated procedure to get LDAP work with Win2K3 servers?

Hi,
We've been happily using phpScheduleIt for a number of years now (thanks for a great tool, Nick!) and are now trying to get all of our various web services to use either SSO or authentication of some flavor against AD via LDAP. I've read all the posts I can find here on getting phpScheduleIt LDAP authentication working against Windows AD and instead of trying the many different methods that seem to work with various code tweaks, I wonder if anyone could post a concise working method for it for the latest version of phpScheduleIt.

Heh, yeah, I'd like to see that too 

I know this has been my default answer for way too long now, but this is going to be much simpler in version 2.0.  The AD/LDAP stuff has been completely rewritten and SSO should follow shortly thereafter (assuming I can get it to work on Apache).
