** below is a thread i posted in sourceforge today morning**

I am currently situated in Singapore, at a +8 gmt. However, even as of the current time now, which is Mon, Feb 2, 1:35AM, the system and the booking schedule still shows as the day before. I have set the profile GMT correctly, the config timezone as the default 0.

Is it a bug? or am i doing something wrong?

Configure your install to use your timezone, not the default.  The rest of the settings in your config file had to be changed to match your server, as should the timezone setting as well.

Your config.php file should be set to have the same timezone as the actual time on the server.  So if your server is set up to be in GMT+8, you should set you config file to 8 also.
