Error on Local Installation

Hello,

i got problems when installation
i want the phpscheduleit are installed on my local network,

the error message says :

please i need advice for that error.

Rename config.new.php to config.php.

it says :

Error connecting to database: DB Error: connect failed

i currently install the database
