Hi there,

Today some issues were brought forward from a user:

a) when trying to alter an existing reservation, the mod dialog box came up, but she could make no changes.
b) she could not delete an existing reservation
c) when trying to create a reservation, a message appeared that she did not have access to the chosen resource (which I check and she does have access).

(Note that I have hacked the code in the reservation.template.php file (?) as directed to remove the repeating reservation controls.)

I logged in under her account, and tried the following with the indicated results:

1.  Logged on to her account as usual.  No problems.
2.  Went to day to book a resource, clicked in box for the desired resource at the desired time.  (This was the same resource that she said she did not have access to, but actually she does).   The reservation details box appeared.
3.  Set the proper start and end times, then clicked "Save."
4.  An error message kept appearing:

Error
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line: 223
Error: 'internal.value' is null or not an object
YES/NO

5.  If I click "No" the error message disappears, but the reservation is created.
If I click "Yes" the same error appears again (2nd time)... 2nd click on "Yes" = same error, line 25... 3rd click on "Yes"  = same error, line 25... 4th click on "Yes" = error disappears, but the reservation is created.

6.  I could delete a reservation without problems.
7.  I could modify a reservation without problems.
8.  I logged in as another user, and encountered the same exact issues.

Please help!

There were additional suggestions for removing the repeat box to comment out some javascript at the bottom of the file.  That's what this error is.

Hi Nick,

Do you have the links to those threads?
Call me slow, but I need to have instructions on what to comment out on what lines, in what files.     :?

LOL... that's my thread!    lol

I followed the instructions, and all seemed to work with it.  Only recently have odd issues been coming up.
But I turned off the "prompt for debug" function in IE, and I am not getting bothered by those pop-ups anymore.

Did any of the changes get rolled back?  I don't know why this would resurface without a change to the code.

No, nothing has been rolled back to the best of my knowledge, but I'll verify that file's code again tonight.

I know that the repeat controls do not show up.
