I have one customer who enters username/password in the login screen and immediately gets redirected to a different website. She can obviously reach the login screen ( a .php file) and she can view the schedule, no problem. If I use her username/password from my own computer, I get in just fine. All of the other 85 clients work fine.
It has to be something on her home computer .. but what? At one time it did work for her. She has a teenage son whoi is "active" on the computer
I've racked my brain over this one .. trying to help her get back into the reservation system. We've deleted history, cleaned cache, etc .. nothing works.
does anyone have a clue?
she and I both use Vista .. and we use Scheduleit version 1.2.7
