Then you'll need to install/enable the mssql extension.  Your config.php file will need to be updated to use mssql, also.

The only thing I have ever seen "Extension not found" to mean is that the extension was not being loaded or does not exist.  Do you have any PHP apps running on that server that use sql server as the db?

Yes i have other apps with different databases, at the moment im working in a test environment. so i can do what ever i like, this phpschedule app, will be transferred if i can get it to work. Just a NOTE if i used apache as the environment i can get this application to run fine. Its just when i use IIS that i am experiencing these problems, and yes i have read the instructions like several times, mabe its something im doing wrong? when enabling these extensions, is there are script or something that i can use to see if those extensions work?

Ah, in that case you just need to make sure that the MS SQL extension is installed and configured on.
