I am having trouble with usernames that have an apostrophe in it... for example "Shaun O'Brien"

As an administrator, I am trying to modify a reservation from one person to another.

1.  Log on as administrator.
2.  Click on reservation to change.
     Reservation details page appears.
3.  Click on "Change" beside the name of the reserver.
     List of users appears.
4.  Navigate to page where the new user is listed... before that page appears, two error messages appear:

     A Runtime Error has occurred.
     Do you wish to Debug?
     Line:  35
     Error:  Expected ')'

     A Runtime Error has occurred.
     Do you wish to Debug?
     Line:  39
     Error:  Expected ')'

5.  I click "No" to each error.
The list of users appears, with the proper users listed.

6.  When I try to click on the user name (so that I can change the reservation to their name) clicking on the name does not have any effect.  If I try to click on a name without an apostrophied last name, it works fine.

Please help!

Hi Nick,

I might have been a javascript error, but the message said "runtime error."

I had to go into the users' profiles and remove the (') from their last names.
This made it possible for me to do what I wanted, but I thought it was an interesting situation.

Yes, I am.

The error appeared on my work computer (Win2kPro with IE), but not with my home computer (WinXPpro with IE 6.029 SP2).
