sub admin role or can only approve resource if user given the rights as admin to a certain resource and able to post new resource for lending which he can approve reservation.

this is good for multiple office lending their office resource.

Sounds like a good feature.  This goes along with the whole multi-tiered authentication

hello... good day... i'm trying to "implement" what genner suggested... however, i'm lost... too many class... too many files... i don't know where to start... Nick, is it possible if you could send me or post the full documentation of the database? i'm thinking of adding a "group_id" field for the resource table... thus, groups refer to a particular office... then the admin of that particular group can only manage resources belonging to his group... therefore, his admin rights is only within the group he belongs to... btw, what's the use of the "group" under "manage groups?"

The progress to date is that a different user is notified about different resource bookings.  New features similar to this are multiple admins and group administrators.

yeah... but in your 1.2 beta release, admin of certain group cannot create/manage the group's resource.... however he can manage the users, manage/approve reservations...

is it possible to add this functionality (see below) in your next release?

RULES:
1. Super Admin can manage (create/edit) all resources (groups' resources)
2. Sub Admin is the admin of a particular group
2.1 Sub Admin can only manage (create/edit) his resources, etc.
2.2 Sub Admin of group A is considered to be a user in group B, C, etc... (considered as user in other groups)

*etc refers to the reservations, announcements, and the like...

That sort of structure is planned for the next release but has not been started yet.
