Hi again,

I am full testing the tool... with real users and the problem come up so fast.
They asked me to disable a resource for a period of time. Here some resources are drivers and sometimes are sick for three days or so.
I tried with the option disable de resource but it still appears in the booking list...
any suggestion?

thanks a lot.

Seem like it was a good answer but in phpSchedulIt-1.2.12 when I log in as Admin..
Under System Administration --> Manage Blackout times
When I select it it take me to a normal bookings page, I can't "Blackout multible resources"
just normal reservations. Would it be that I logged in as myself with admin right? If so why
would I see "Manage Blackout Times" without any priviledges?

In 1.2 the manage blackout times screen looks just like the normal booking screen. The result will just be a blacked out time instead of a reservation.

Thanks Nick,

So there is no way to select all resources? you have to do this manually (one by one)?

In 1.2, yes. In 2.0 you can black out all resources on a schedule.
