I have two schedules setup in phpScheduleIt; Meeting rooms and Laptops/projectors

Not all meeting rooms have projectors and sometimes users need to book these additional resources.

Is there a way that you could implement it so that when booking a resource, you could select a resource from a different schedule to be cooked concurrently?

This way, a user does not have to go from schedule to schedule to reserve all items necessary.

Thanks!!

Interesting idea.  I'll have to think about how the user interface would work for this.  Any ideas?

The process could go something like this:

In my situation there are two schedules; laptops/projectors and boardrooms.

Using the pop-up window for a reservation, after clicking on save, the pop-up window saves your inital reservation but then asks you a question; "Do you require a boardroom or do you require a laptop and/or projector?"(Yes/No?)

If the user chooses "no", a message refreshes in the window informing them that changes are successful and closes.

If the user answers "yes", the reservation window refreshes and displays resources that are available for the corresponding time.

The user selects the necessary resource, phpScheduleIt saves it and closes the window.

The user then is notified in a single email the resources that were booked.

It all sounds easy peasy lemon squeezy in my head so I hope I have not caused you too much trouble with this request
