Printer Friendly Views

I'm using this app for room bookings. On our old app, the maintenance boss would print off a sheet with all the details of a booking, and the set up people would use that to make rooms ready (our set up people don't have access to a PC).

Using this app (which we love) we have to print off 3 pages to get the entire booking. We can deal with this, but I do see a lack of print friendly options where I would generally expect to. I'm sure this would be useful for more than just me.

I, too, would like to see print friendly views!

I have been printing reservations after doing a search by user and date range. It would be terrific to be able to add variables in the usage.php file (i added the fields 'address', 'city', and 'zipcode' to the login table and lib/db/authdb.class.php, lib/user.class.php, templates/auth.template.php files for more information on users for the borrowing of equipment).

I have been trying, but with no success (i'm a beginner at php...)

Also, would it be possible to add a standard text which would outline the borrowers' responsibility, etc. and a place for a signature?

I agree. It would be nice to be able to print each day's reservations by schedule/resource in a printable format that includes the summary. I can manage to print the reservations, but not having the summary handicaps us. Even if we print the calendar view, the summary does not print out.
