Hallo

I am using Booked for room reservation ( 20 rooms ) of our Music school in Holland. All the teachers can book rooms when a room is available for there lessons. It works very good. Only thing is that when there is a holiday ( mostly 1 or 2 weeks ) the system fills in the regular reservations. Is there a simpeler way to clear this reservations easily ( not 1 by 1 manually ) during the holidays. The only way I could think of was to remove the reservations manually during this period. But maybe in the new version of Booed there is a simpeler way ? So that teachers can make other reservations for other purpose than teaching.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.
You can block the schedule when you have a holiday so nobody can create a reservation by using a blackout (Application Management / Blackout Times).
But what do you mean by ”So that teachers can make other reservations for other purpose than teaching.”

You can use Blackouts to easily remove reservations during the holiday period.  You can leave the blackout in place if you don't want anybody else making a reservation during that timeframe.  Or, you could then remove the blackout which will open up the calendar again for reservations.
