I'm not really sure whether there is a more appropriate place to post this but there does seem to be a bit of an issue around emojis in the system, most emojis when entered in a reservation, will cause an error along the lines of "There was a critical error saving your reservation. If this continues, contact your system administrator.". My first assumption was that it was an issue with database collation but I've tried it on our production database and the demo database and I get the same error.

I don't have a dev environment to isolate the problem properly, though...
