Hi
I know an application admin can make bookings in the past and edit bookings already begun. It would be great to extend this ability to group admins.
We use booked for booking production spaces [edit suites, studios etc] in a university media department. It's a fantastic piece of software.
The tech team sometimes want to extend or add notes to  a booking in progress.
I can do this as application admin but want to extend this to other staff without opening up full admin rights.
Thanks
Nigel

Hi,

We are also looking for this kind of feature, giving only the group administrators some more rights.

Vote + 1!

+1 from me too.

Same situation as well, University setup with edit suites and studios.
It's pretty much a given that they won't turn up quite on time....

I know Booked's permission rights are 'less than flexible' most of the time, though this one sounds pretty simple - - --

Just set
Code:
$conf['settings']['reservation']['start.time.constraint'] = 'current' ;
and you can edit ongoing reservations.....
