Hi, any way to create a report on when a user or users have cancelled a reservation? Ideally, this type of report would be filterable (by date range, user, resource) and provide information on the date/time the reservation was created, the date/time of the reservation, and the date/time it was cancelled.  This information is fairly critical for me, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

https://cashflowproducts.com/product.php?prodId=TrackIt

we are in the process of developing a UI for doing various searching, etc. for TrackIt, as well as expanding the things it tracks (right now, it tracks all create/modify/delete/approve for the reservations - information is stored in a transactional database before it is deleted/modified by booked {being lost forever without TrackIt})

This information is pretty critical for all EU users - and we are working on various things to assist with GDPR requirements - not sure if that is what you need it for, but certainly this is the only current way to get all the information you are looking for.

Ok, I've looked at the TrackIt link.  Not clear *how* it integrates with Booked though. Also, didn't see a "download" link. So, not clear if this will work for me.

the 'how' is that it is a plugin (instructions come in the package on how to download, configure, etc......)

"download" is after purchase (there is a Paypal checkout button on the page - perhaps we need to make that bigger? {we just redid the website and are working on things like that} - I'll look into doing that)
