I fail to understand how the way the wait list functionality was implemented is useful to anyone - it seems to me that one should have a way to view the unprocessed wait list items and reschedule them if required. Isn't this what a wait list is all about ?

Is it just me or is there anything I do not see in this process ?

From a resource management point of view, a wait list is a series of unprocessed requests for a service and/or a resource - the way this is currently implemented, an item on the wait list cannot be consulted (unless you have access to the DB) and may end up left unprocessed forever.

Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
