Fixed, non-variable schedule

Would it be possible to create a fixed, non-variable daily schedule that has different timeslots throughout the day?
This would be very specific to our club's preferred boating schedule, where there would be two 1.5hr timeslots in morning & evening, but smaller 30min timeslots during the day.

Here are the desired specs for the fixed daily schedule:

Daily start time:  5:30AM
Daily end time:   8:30PM
Max reservation time:  1.5hr

Timeslots:
0530~0700  (1.5 hrs)
0700~0830  (1.5 hrs)

0830~0900  (30min)
0900~0930  (30min)
0930~1000  (30min)
1000~1030  (30min)
1030~1100  (30min)
1100~1130  (30min)
1130~1200  (30min)
1200~1230  (30min)
1230~1300  (30min)
1300~1330  (30min)
1330~1430  (30min)

1530~1600  (30min)

Custom timeslots are something that has been requested for a long time now and I just have not figured out a great way to do it.  When I get down to rewriting the code, this is at the top of my list.
