Good morning.

I think I may have posted about this before and the general consensus is that this should just work right out of the box, but we're having some troubles...

I am wondering if there is some special permissions that I should be checking -- we have server set up to run a bunch of things for us, one of them is the Booked system.  The server is running MS Server 2010, I think (or something like that...  I am not the admin of the server, unfortunately... otherwise, it would be a Linux server...)

Any ideas of where and what I should be checking would be greatly appreciated.
