DatabaseFactory.php
needs the MDB2 namespace require_once'd.

lib\Database\MDB2\Mdb2Connection.php
has some debug statements and then a die() in _PrepareAndExecute, obviously this makes the function always fail.


I have also updated the MDB2 library and added MDB2_Driver_sqlsrv.
With these changes I can connect to Microsoft SQL Server 2008 instances.
