In the monthly view, I click on a date and get to the "Bookings" view. But then after I get to the booking window unless I know to click the back button in the browser, which our users probably won't know to do, there is no way to get back to the month view. Is there a way to get the icon buttons that appear in the all calendar views to display the "Bookings" view?

Not currently, but that is a good suggestion.  I'll add it to my list of things to do.

May I ask do you plan that for the 2.0 rewrite or some 1.2.x revision?
