Hello All,

Been racking my brain attempting to figure this out, but alas...to no avail.

My question is:  How does one grant permission to access and use the manage reservation admin page to a user that only has group admin rights?

I want these users to be able to create users but also manage reservations...but only those two functions.

Any help is always appreciated...

Regards,

Gerrick

Hi,
There are two concepts which control this kind of authorization: groups and roles.

You'll need to create/edit a group (lets call it GroupAdmins). Then change the roles to be Group Admin. Then you'll need to choose GroupAdmins as the Group Administrator for all groups that you want members of GroupAdmins to have admin rights over. So if you have Group1 and Group2, both with GroupAdmins assigned as the Group Administrator, then all users in the GroupAdmins will have the ability to manage the users and the reservations of all members of Group1 and Group2.

Does that make sense?

After reading it 50 times, I think I got it.  Thanks Nick!
