Hi
I am new here and use PHP scheduleit for booking of scientific equipment (microscopes).
We charge a fee per hour of usage and therefore it would be cool if one could enter a price per hour for each ressource!
Many thanks

The next version will let you add custom attributes. Would that work?

Hi Nick
Depends what you can do with these attributes?

For me the aim is to have at the end an csv export with 'group', 'user', 'ressource', 'hours', 'price'
allowing to calculate an invoice per workgroup and month.

Everything allowing to do that in a simple manner would be great. Our IT department has already adapted your version 2.0.1.  in order to achieve that.
The disadvantage for me is that due to that adaptation I am not able to enjoy your updates, since the IT is understaffed and therefore not able to redo this for all your updates, too.... Embarrassed

Many thanks,
Martin

Hi Martin,
A couple of things:

Custom reports are coming.

Do you mean they can't perform the upgrade? This should be as simple as extracting the files and hitting a web page.

Hi

Thanks!

Upgrade: Well they can perform the upgrade. But since they have implemented this price function already it will be more difficult as they 'd need to rewrite this function too for every upgrade which may be not that easy...

I'm looking for the same functionality.  Need to be able to calculate the total cost.

For example:

I add a resource of "Scope" and it's $45.00/hour then if they schedule it for 4 hours have a calculated field so they can see the total cost of reserving each resource...
