Recurring blackout for resource

Is it possible to have a recurring blackout for a specific resource? e.g. each resource within a schedule may have a different time for lunch. At the moment I can only do this for a specific date.

Not right now, but that's on my list for 2.3

I have modified the code to accomplish this.  Right now it doesn't do a recurring blackout, but rather creates individual black-outs on a recurring basis.  I can pass the code along to whomever might want it, with absolutely no warranty or support of any kind.

I have to say if phpScheduleIt was on GitHub this would be REALLY easy (and probably already done).
