Version 1.2.12 and am not receiving e-mail to the admin of the reserves

Hello Guys,
I'm using version 1.2.12 and am not receiving e-mail to the admin of the reserves.
The setting for this is correct: $conf['app']['emailAdmin'] = 1;
I hit it by putting in to send a copy (CC) for the e-mail administrator and perhaps the problem is solved!
Could someone help me?
What really need is that the system admin receives emails when someone makes a reservation!
I am very grateful to anyone who can help me!

In 1.2.12 you'll need to set the admin email address in Manage Schedules.
