If I generate a reservation I can not add it to outlook, the other participants, whether they are guests or participants, if they can add the reservation at the outlook. Is there any way to add this event to the Outlook being the one that generated the reservation?.

Thanks
Miguel

Hi Nick:

When I generate a reservation, the system sends me an email informing me about the booking. When I apply the option to add to Outlook, I opened a window to add the file calendar.ics the outlook. I use the option "Open with: Microsoft Outlook", download the file and opens another window that indicates the name of the meeting and then "As an organizer of the reunion, do not have to answer the reunion" therefore does not add the meeting to outlook.
Is there any way of adding?.

Thanks Nick

Hmm, that sounds like an outlook problem. Let me do some research.

Ok, and I discover another problem. Does anyone investigated whether adding to Outlook works in version 2003?, because I test it in some machines with outlook 2003 and it dosen`t work.

Thanks
