I need help with setting up and adding some basic features

Hi All!

I need some help with adding a few features such as:

1. Ability to print info for the day's events (In our case, reservations)
2. I'd like to add the ability to add a drop down number in the reservation box showing the number of people (In our case, passengers)

and a few others. I'm more than willing to pay for your time. Please e-mail me bill at the florida express bus dot com (all one word)

I'm based in Orlando, Florida so if there's any locals out there we're hiring a program developer for a few months! =)

Actually I wanted to add a few more notes because I've spent more time looking at everything...

1. I want the ability for all users to be able to edit "notes" in each reservation before and after the trip

2. I'd like to add a drop down menu, or similar to "Accessories" and title it Drivers so I can assign drivers to the trip.

3. I'd like the ability to have a printable manifest for each resource (In our case, Unit Numbers)
