Hey guys,
I'm having problems running this program. I was able to install it automatically using the files provided, however when I was trying to login/register, I get this error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class User in /var/www/phpScheduleIt/Domain/User.php on line 25

I am using Ubuntu on VMware vSphere

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

Weird. Were there any modifications made to the code?

The only changes I made were to the configuration file. I deleted everything and reinstalled it and still got the same issue.
The settings I changed were:
$conf['settings']['script.url'] = 'http://localhost/Web';// public URL to the Web directory of this phpScheduleIt
$conf['settings']['database']['user'] = 'root';   // database user with permission to the phpScheduleIt database

I also made the entire var folder writable so I could get access to the file. I know this probably isn't recommended, but I don't see how it could cause this problem.

Also, one of my colleagues installed the program on to his windows computer and everything worked fine. So, I'm not  sure if our ubuntu server is the problem.

Thanks for the information

I also used the automatic set up instead of the manual set up. Could that some how be the problem?

So I installed a wamp server onto my windows computer, and went through the same installation procedure I did on my ubuntu server, and it worked. This makes me think this is a linux problem if not specifically an ubuntu problem. Does anyone have any ideas on why ubuntu would have this sort of effect on the program.

Interesting. The demo is hosted in a *nix environment. I'll try and reproduce.
