Hello Nick, Thanks for your help so far.

I got my reminder working but if i make a reservation on 15/02/2012 it sends me and email with the correct date and time but in my reminder, it sends 14/02/2012 and if my reservation time was 12pm, it sends an email with 11am in it. I am guessing it is not getting the date right and it is 1hr behind.

And the reminder is not even sent at the required time. It sends the reminder immediately after appointment is booked

Please do you know what i need to do.

Thanks in advance

I'll have to take a look. My guess is this is a problem with the timezone either in the config or for the user.

Yea that's my guess too but what about the date it displays wrongly. If it displays 14th instead of 15th and for time is displaying 11am instead of 12pm, my server timezone is West Africa. Then what could be the problem.

By the way, what is the number representation for West Africa. I know it is +1 but need to know if it is the same here.

Thanks

Yes, it should be +1. Is the server timezone and your login timezone both set to that?
