First of all, this is a very wonderful application so far and reliable forum too. But I have a problem with setting up my LDAP configuration/authentication. I have followed the instructions on the following link from this forum http://php.brickhost.com/forums/index.php?topic=4098.0 and it gives me the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ldap_set_option() in C:\xampp\htdocs\phpScheduleIt\lib\LDAPEngine.class.php on line 61

It appears the php predefined ldap functions are not recognized here. Please advice me on what to do, Nick or anyone. Please this is urgent.

Thanx for your constant help

I think i solved that problem. It was probably a problem with enabling ldap for php on my server. But i have another problem. There seems to be a binding error. The error is shown below.

LDAPEngine: Attempt to bind to ldap://10.1.0.2:389/ using systemid jwt-unique=ldapuser,OU=people,DC=example,DC=com failed.

Please what does this mean? Is there something i need to do to correct this error?

Please help

Unfortunately I'm no LDAP expert. My approach to LDAP is to keep messing with the settings until something works Smiley

Hopefully someone here can shed some light on what that may mean.

Thanks for you reply. I found the problem. I was using the wrong settings for the lookupid. Its working fine now.

Thanks
