user creates reservation - adds to admin calendar too

is it possible where a normal user creates a reservation and then it will automatically appear on the admin calendar also?

This is technically possible, but you may want to just have the administrator look at the schedule's calendar instead. This view is intended to be a mash up of all users bookings for all resources on that particular schedule.

yes i understand that..

what i'm trying to do is when a user creates a reservation it adds it to my "admin" account calendar and im hoping to figure out a way to do .ics internet calendar linking with phpscheduleit so my outlook calendar updates the reservations and times etc...
