Can not delete bookings as Admin

I hate to even bother you with this problem because I know it's probably going to be something dumb. I have been reading the forums and I am unable to get some help from other people problems. In version 1.2.12 When I try to delete another users booking I get to this screen that only shows export or cancel. In version 1.2.11 the appointment would just delete. I don't know if all my permissions are set up right but I am a little lost on how to fix the problem. Any insights you could give me would be great.
