I'm testing on version 1.2.12 - Linux box (Fedora 12).
I have a user that used to have admin rights.  I logged in as administrator and set his Admin rights to 'No'.  I have verified the 'is_admin' column of the 'login' table has a zero (0) for this user.  However, when this user logs in, he still has the admin functionality showing, and the links all work - including Manage Users!

Help??

I found the issue.  The user in question was still set in the 'config.php' file as the admin email account.  I understand the logic, I suppose - but I would think that if a user has a zero (0) in the 'is_admin' column of table login - he doens't have admin privileges, even if his email happens to be configured as the admin email..........

The user in question was still set in the 'config.php' file as the admin email account.
