"View Monthly Calendar" Function Disables Capacity to Schedule

Hello,

I'm currently utilizing phpScheduleIt 1.2.8. Whenever I try to make schedule requests in a certain fashion I lose the capacity to schedule. This only happens when I use the "View Monthly Calendar" feature to skip ahead a few weeks. When I look at the calendar to make a request and hover over a date, it doesn't change colors or allow me the option to click the date. I've attached an image for further reference.

My only guess is that the monthly calendar navigation is doing something wrong (maybe missing the scheduleId in the querystring or something).  If there were any changes to the code you may want to do a diff with the original version to see if something stands out.
