I've been reading in the forums about possible DST problems and realized that when I set up my 1.2.12 install, i did not add an offset to the GMT.  Everything has worked fine so far: times are displaying correctly, emails display the proper time.  So, do I need to worry about the upcoming time change? Should I put in the time offset in config.php? What will that affect?  I'm looking to avoid any potential headaches.  Thanks in advance!

You should be all set.  The server will adjust times correctly.  If you have users across timezones they may need to adjust their own GMT offsets if the times appear off.
