The use of rawurldecode in /lib/pear/DB.php poses problem if the password to access the database contains the character % followed by two digits as it "returns a string in which the sequences with percent (%) signs followed by two hex digits have been replaced with literal characters."
This make a new install of phpScheduleIt impossible and using an installed version, it aborts with the error message "Error connecting to database: DB Error: connect failed?"
